Fifteen years of delivery sits behind us, and the case studies with numbers in them are not published yet. So this page does what a case study cannot: it points you at the things you can check yourself, and at what it costs us when the work does not land.
Named clients, in their own words, are on the About page. If you would rather speak to one, ask us and we will arrange it.
A case study asks you to trust it. A guarantee costs us if you shouldn’t.
Every RIVER engagement carries a guarantee. On the retainer, if we do not deliver in a month, that month is free - and delivered means something you can name at your review that was not there last month: something running, a session your team keeps what they built in, or a document you can act on.
This website is one of ours
The site you are reading was built by the same team, on the same stack we build client platforms on. It is not a brochure a studio made for us.
We run our own agency on it
Projects, proposals, time and knowledge all run through the platform we sell, in the same engine a client gets. When something breaks, we are the first people it stops.
You own what we build
Your data, your workflows and your IP are yours, always. We retain the underlying engine, which is what lets us keep shipping fast for you.
Finding out is cheap
Every way in is small and paid, and it credits in full toward the work if you go on with us. You can test what we are like before you commit to anything.
A case study on this page will carry the client’s name, their numbers and their sign-off, or it will not be on this page. There is no shortage of firms publishing the other kind.
Ask for a reference. We will arrange one.
Fifteen minutes with someone who has RIVER work running in their business will tell you more than anything we could write about it, and you can ask them the things we would not think to put on a page. References are arranged rather than published, because who speaks to you is the client’s call rather than ours.
